How does booking work?

Choose a vehicle and dates and send a request. The rental shop confirms or declines it. We email you the answer and keep the status on your request page.

Do I pay online?

No. You pay the rental shop at pickup. Gezmoto takes no money from you.

Do I leave my passport as a deposit?

No. On Gezmoto the deposit is money, a card hold or nothing. You show your passport and licence for the rental contract and keep them.

Which licence do I need?

It depends on the vehicle and your licence. Use the Can I ride? check, then confirm with the rental shop.

What is included in the price?

Each offer lists what is included, such as a helmet or insurance. The price you see is final: extra charges at pickup are against the platform rules.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel on your request page before the rental starts.
